How often does ViewPeek check my monitors?
Configurable per monitor: 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Free plan defaults to 5-minute intervals; paid plans support 1-minute checks.
How do I get alerts, and can I publish a status page?
Every monitor alert is emailed. You can also fan the same alert out to Slack, Discord, or a generic JSON webhook. And you can publish a public status page on a viewpeek.com/p/ URL — you choose which monitors appear, and you can post incidents and schedule maintenance windows.
What counts as a monitor?
Any single check: one website uptime check, one SSL certificate, one ping target, or one sitemap. Each counts as one monitor toward your plan limit.
Where are my monitoring data and account stored?
On EU infrastructure in France. Your monitor configurations, results, and account data never leave the European Union — not for backup, not for replication, not for CDN caching. Read the full EU-sovereignty page.
Can I use my company SSO?
Yes — on every paid plan. It's standards-compliant SAML, so Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Keycloak, Auth0, OneLogin, and any other major identity provider will connect.
Can I cancel any time?
One click in the billing portal. Your subscription runs until the end of the period, then you drop back to the free plan and keep your monitors (within the free-tier limit).
How do I monitor SSL certificate expiry?
Add an SSL monitor with your domain name. ViewPeek checks the certificate and sends a daily alert during its final 30 days, so a forgotten renewal does not silently reach expiry. SSL monitoring is included on the free plan.
