What counts as a monitor? +
Any single check: one website uptime check, one SSL certificate, one ping target, or one sitemap. They all count as one monitor toward your plan limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and pro-rate; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
