About ViewPeek

ViewPeek checks website uptime, SSL certificate expiry, host reachability and sitemaps, then alerts your team when a check fails. This reference summarizes its capabilities and limits.

What it is

ViewPeek monitors websites and infrastructure from the public internet. It checks whether your sites respond, whether your SSL certificates are about to expire, whether your hosts are reachable via ping, and whether your sitemaps are valid. When something goes wrong it sends an alert.

Four monitor types are supported: uptime (HTTP/HTTPS), SSL expiration, ping (ICMP), and sitemap validation. Intervals range from 1 minute to 60 minutes; the 1-minute interval is on paid plans, while the free plan checks every 5 minutes. Alerts are delivered via email (from our own EU SMTP), Slack incoming webhook, Discord webhook, or generic JSON webhook — every channel type available on every plan including free.

Who makes it

ViewPeek is built and operated by Dynamic Foundries, a software company in France. Its SaaS portfolio includes ViewPeek, FileSendX, ReadCastX and FolianX, alongside free utility tools. The corporate hub carries current information about its dedicated GPU server offering.
